My picture wall, more Walk pics, and I forgot about a visit at my Sisters!!

Ok, so I will start off with my picture wall.  In my "Droffice" which I have posted pictures of my zebra curtains, my little African animals, etc.  (If I knew how to link those other posts, I would...I have to work on that)  Any-hoodle....I have had these frames that I purchased from the Dollar Store - Yes, for $1.00 a piece - DON'T DO IT!!!  Frames should have a little quality to them!!!  My bad!  They hang all icky kiddy pompus!! (Almost "boomy-ish!)  Ugghhh!
Can you see how "un-professional" this looks???  I just suck.... Oh my, I look at tons of other blogs in a day, and I have to tell you....these young girls know what they are doing!  With blogging, to decorating, to photography.....ok...I won't go there, because the few of you who read my blog will not know what I'm talking about.  Jodi....you do...right?  LOL  Again, any-hoodle....

I printed off my pictures - all in Black and White -  I was going for effect, trying to be Cool....  I think they turned out great!  Here is my wall!

These are my pictures!!  I love how I made Jodi, Jamie an Myself in Color and the babies all in B&W....such a statement!  I purchased these frames because of the nice wide side edges.  I wanted to get some ribbon - zebra, giraffe, etc to glue on the edges and I will probably still do that.  I am sooo not crafty, but when I think I come up with a good idea, well it doesn't leave this brain of mine...so that could be a whole other blog!! Yay!!  Ha!  The most important thing is this:  My Daughters and my Grandchildren are the most beautiful people on this planet!! Of course I can think that...and I dare anyone to tell me different!  That is the beauty of being 48 (3 days from 49....no one can argue with us the older we get.....hehe....(devilish grin)!!

On to another issue....as I was dowloading photos, I discovered I had pics from a SISTER visit a couple of weekends ago, and in looking at the pictures, I decided that I just have to share.

Some friends of Keith's came up from Colorado Springs ( I CANNOT BELIEVE I DID NOT GET PICS OF THEM!)  I won't even go into the details....but just let me say:  1.  Girl: camo pants, mullet hair cut with long pony in back, homemade suade knee boots and a voice only a mother could love....BUT...a heart of gold!! * I think*  Boy:  Ok....camo and boots are ok, I guess!  They brought 2 kids, and a few dogs and needless to say it was chaotic...but we had a lot of fun!  Nice people!

Mandy was home for the weekend and was going to a huge RAVE party.  I dont' really know what that is, but I just go with the flow....I am the Aunt, and I think it's to each his own...but the outfits you will see below are simply "HOMEMADE" and outrageous!  So here are pics from our visit at Lisa and Keiths a couple weekends ago......  I dont' really think I need to expain more...other than the fact that  a dear dear GF Beth and Bobby were also there....I love her.  Enjoy!

This was a picture from Lisa's deck as the sun was setting...I had to include it...because it was nice!

Another....isn't that beautiful?

The following pictures speak for themselves.  Manday and her friends Kenny and Kendall (remember Kendall Jodi and Jamie?  Meeting in Kearney when Blake was just a couple weeks old?)
Then there is Buck the dog.  Keiths friends of many years were in MN to celebrate something...Wedding? Graduation?  I'm not sure, but he husband was killed in a motorcycle accident and the wife was going to move back there and had to get rid of some animals.  Lisa and Keith took in Buck the dog and Larry the bird.  I can't believe I dont' have pics of Larry, but I know Jodi you should remember Larry from years ago???  SAME BIRD!!  They are keeping him, but Buck found a great home with a friend in the mountains with a 5 acre spread.  What a nice puppy.....he is a sweet dog!
So, without furthur ado, here are pics!

My Bethy girl with this little Tea Cup Chihwauah? Konan.  These two are so cute!

Mandy and Kenny  = Oh lord.

Mandy, Kenny and Kendall ready for the RAVE party!

This is Buck. What a sweet dog - Yellow Lab, but dark in color.  He found a great home after he lost his Daddy!

And this is a lame pic of our dinner on Sunday night in which I mentioned in an earlier post.  Here is the recipe....You will thank me, I promise!

*Note- quantities are for one breast per person...plan accordingly*

CHICKEN CORDON BLEU I

Ingredients
4 skinless chicken breasts
Salt/Pepper
6 slices of Swiss Cheese

1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Coat a 7x11 inch baking dish with cooking spray
Pound chicken breast to 1/4 inch thickness
Sprinkle each piece of chicken with salt and pepper (and any other things you like)
Place one piece of ham and one piece of cheese on in the middle of chicken
Roll chicken breast and secure with toothpicks
Place all rolled breasts in baking pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs
Bake for 40-45 minutes at the 350 degree temperature
Remove from oven, and top each breast with another piece of cheese and return to oven for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until melted.

We had ours with twice baked potatoes, but we wanted to have green beans but were out....bummer.  Use your side as a low carb, low fat dish and this turns out to be a very nutritious and healthy meal!  And did I say,  I is EASY EASY EASY???
