Homemade Pizza!!

Ok, so today while at work I got this sudden urge for a a homemade pizza!  I ended up getting off work at 4 instead of 5 today so I stopped by the King Soopers for pizza ingredients.  I turned out awesome!  Here are some pics!

Here are the ingredients...ready to go!

We have:  Freshly grated mozzerela cheese, mushrooms, black olives, red onions, green pepper, cooked sausage and pepporini!!!

I had spread out the dough...and now my fat fingers are spreading on the sauce!  It turned out that the Contidina "squirt" bottle of Pizza Sauce was just right!!

After the sauce was spooned on, I added the cookes sausage.

Now for the pepperoni.  I forgot to say that I used the Pillsbury Pizza Dough.  And I sprinkled some garlic salt on the dough before I began loading on the yummy ingredients!!  Oh soo goooood!!

Now for the good stuff!  I addend more mozzerela, black olives, onion, green pepper!!!

Oh yum!  I baked it according to the Pillsbuty directions, but I added a BROIL to the end!  I love my cheese a little brown and cooked.  Did I say that I used real Mozzerela and grated it myself???  I think from now on that is the only way I will make a pizza.  I may schnizel a bit on the dough by buying Pillsbury, but hey.....grate your own cheese!!!

And now we are ready to eat!  I have to say, this pizza was the best pizza I have had in a LONG time!  The great thing about it is....it wasnt' terribly expensive to buy all the ingredients, and it didnt' take forever to make!  We have well over half of this leftover...so I guess it's pizza for lunch at work tomorrow!
