As women, we are always watching our weight, (or at least always thinking about it). Like anyone else, I love to eat out when I can. It can really be hard to find something not totally calorie filled unless you order a salad (and cry as you watch your skinny boyfriend scarf down anything he wants).

It really makes you think twice about what you eat in restaurants! I would have thought a salad would be much more diet friendly and better for you than the standard burgers, but I was obviously wrong. No wonder there are so many overweight people in our Country. (Including me....!)

Good to know! Although I am going to cry about the 93 grams of fat in the Oriental Chicken Salad(I usually get the wrap, which is probably worse!!!!!)

That was good to know!! And it is a wonder why half of America is overweight!! Looking at this though, everything that is good is way high in fat and calories and the substitutes look disgusting (to me anyways) Like Jodi said we are all going to be fat the rest of our lives!!
