Spring and Television

I am hoping that Spring is finally here to stay!  We are to have temps about 80 for the weekend...and if we have sunshine and no wind, it should be a perfect weekend!  I am looking forward to it!  Happy Mother's Day out there to the couple people who actually read my blog, I hope your day is Marvelous!!

So, I have to admit that I really do like to watch TV.  I know it's better to get outside or keep busy, but I can't help it....I love TV.  I'm a TV junkie!  What I have been watching lately:

This year AI has been kind of different.  I will stick with it until the end, but I am no so sure I will watch much more next year. We'll see.  I was happy to see Jacob kicked off last night.  He is an awesome singer, but NOT an American Idol.  I have no idea who I think will win it this year.  For the ones who remain, it could be anyone's shot and to be honest....I would be happy for any of the ones that are left.  I guess I like them all equal, but for different reasons.

Bethenny Ever After.  I.LOVE.THIS.SHOW!  I was sick in bed a few months ago and Bravo had the whole first season marathon and I was hooked!  Now this season, which only has 1 more episode has been on my Monday night line up and DVR ever since!  She is funny, witty and such a great role model for all women out there!  She would be the kind of gal that would be an awesome friend to hang out with....it would never be a dull moment!  And her husband Jason.....OMG.  He is the sweetest guy!  They are so lucky to have each other and their little baby Bryn.  Love the show, can't wait until next season!

I love the Rachel Zoe project!  She is such a fun person!  To be able to hang out and hob-nob with the people and designers she knows, would be so much fun!  I have been waiting for the new season of this show to start, but I have no idea when that will be.  I haven't seen this show for a little while, as they have all been re-runs when I happen to flip by the channel.  Fun Fun show!

Real Housewives of Orange County. Out of all the RH shows, this one is my favorite, with New York a close second.  These gals are CRAZY!  All I can say, as that the back stabbing and double crossing and just plain bitchiness is pretty comical to watch!  Do people REALLY live like that?  Haha....Pure entertainment.

And to keep myself grounded, who doesn't love the Walton's?  I never watched this show back in the day when it was on prime time.  I think I was in High School and had plenty of other things to do back then! But good old Hallmark Channel has re-runs everyday, so I DVR the shows. (Along with Little House on the Prairie)  But I have really been enjoying the Walton's as when I watch them now, they are totally new shows!  Ha!  Gotta love that!

Of course there are other things, I watch and other things I do....but these are just what I'm into right at the moment.  That could change tomorrow, who knows?


Happy Mother's Day to my daughters Jodi and Jamie.  Happy Mother's Day to my Mom and to my Sister.  We will be at Mom and Jerry's Sunday for a cookout.  Jerry's gift to all of us Mother's is a smoked turkey with all the trimmings!  Thanks Jerry!  Looking forward to it!
