Photoshop

Today I did a quick trip to WalMarts on my lunch break.  I have wanted to purchase Photoshop Elements to add to my photography skills....(or not! Ha!)
After Idol tonight - (which that Bowrsox girl ROCKS!!)  I downloaded Photoshop to my computer.  After that was all done, I proceeded to check it out!  You know what?  IT IS FREAKING CONFUSING!!  Ugghhh!  I spent $90 on this software and so far for the life of me, I cannot even begin to figure it out!  Whatever!!!  I guess I thought it would be so self-explanitory and I could just dive right in and have some fun with my new hobby!  Nope....I'm going to have to LEARN it! Ha!  Oh well, I guess that's what I'll have to do!  If anyone has any tips for me, I would be very much appreciative!
On another note before I call it a day.........Day 4 of my diet and I have lost 8 pounds!  I'm so excited!  Tonight for my dinner I decided to try one of the recipes from the diet plan.  I made Creamy Chicken Soup.  Ok....first of all, there is NO milk whatsoever.  (Creamy?)  Second, the recipe called for 3 cloves of garlic.  (Way too much.  I would leave it out completely)  Third, you had to grind celery, the garlc, the spices and chicken stock together. (Can you say mush?)  Instead of grinding the chicken, I decided to at least have that be in bite sized pieces. (Good call)
I tasted the broth and oh my gosh....way too garlicy!  So I had to pour half of it out and start over.  All in all, I finally got this mess to at least taste good!  This will take a little getting used to cooking so much different than my conventional way that I have been used to all these years....but I'll do it!
That's all I have for now.  Getting ready and excited for our trip to Iowa!!!

  1. Photoshop is something you have to learn---I use Elements----not majority of the time, but I use it sometimes-----just have to practice!
